51 new syringes, 2 boxes of 40 never opened, 11 are out of box but never opened. When we list our items we try hard to describe them as accurate as possible. We know that everyone perception of "Mint", "Excellent", "Good", "Fair" and "restorable" are all different. So please ask questions about an item before bidding. We greatly appreciate it when another fellow ebayer has knowledge of an item we have listed that may be inaccurate, so please share your knowledge. I do not give discounts on an auction because you forgot to ask questions and the item is not what you expected. If we grossly misrepresent an item then we will refund 100% including return shipping. We appreciate it if you do not pay until you have received an invoice. Reasoning for this is because we estimate shipping when we list usually slightly heavier so as not to under quote. Once we have a sold an item we then package it and send an invoice so it will be accurate. If you pay before you receive your invoice we will not hassle with refunding any overestimated shipping quotes. So please be patient and wait for your invoice. If you have a shipping preference let us know and we will send invoices accordingly. Most packages are sent parcel post in order to save the buyer the most money possible. Parcel post however seems to take 8-10 days for most locations, Hawaii residents and military bases may take up to 60 days, if you need you package quickly please let us know and we will give you a quote for additional services. Packages are sent next day or same day dependent upon what time money is deposited excluding holidays and weekends. International bidder will have their item shipped USPS or UPS to the airport exchange regardless of the listing. At Designers Edge we respect your privacy and items are packaged in unmarked boxes or brown paper wrapped boxes. We also offer gift wrapped items for an additional charge. We add shipping and handling charges to fragile items due to the extensive packing materials, and to international sales due to additional paperwork needed. We also add a 6% sales tax if shipping within Michigan. Please leave feedback on how your item was packaged as we spend a great deal of time packaging to protect your investment. Feedback should be received no later than 3 days after your package is delivered. Please communicate with us if you are unhappy with a transaction and we will try to work out a happy medium that will work for us both.
