AAS Drench Mix with Energy-Malt contains a mixture of dry ingredients that, when added to water and administered orally will provide energy supplementation and promote gluconeogenesis to minimize body fat mobilization. Ingredients in AAS Drench Mix with Energy Malt help to raise blood calcium and magnesium levels, restore lost electrolytes, stimulate rumen microbial growth and help maintain liver health. It is used to supplement cows at risk for metabolic disorders especially those related to energy deficiency. AAS Drench Mix with Energy-Malt contains to provide supportive care to stressed animals. Usage Use of AAS Drench Mix with Energy-Malt is ideal for cows at calving, during times of sickness and times of reduced intake. Large volume drenches are a part of a fresh cow protocol for all cows or cows with depressed appetite, high fever or other symptoms. It can be used for cows off feed or to supplement cows during mastitis infection and after DA surgery. AAS Drench Mix with Energy-Malt ingredients are finely ground to be compatible with esophageal pump systems. AAS Drench Mix with Energy-Malt is packaged in a convenient, one-dose, 4.5-pound bag (10 per case) or in a 50-pound bag. Ingredients Alfalfa Meal, Calcium Propionate, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Magnesium Sulfate, Yeast Culture, Yeast Extract, Hydrolyzed Yeast, Niacinimide, Saccharomyces Cerevisiae Fermentation Product, Enterococcus Faecium Fermentation Product, Flavor. Directions Mix four and one-half pounds (4.5 lbs.) of AAS Drench Mix with Energy-Malt with 5 or more gallons of water and disperse into the cow using a stomach drench system (AAS Drench System).
