Roto-Flex 56" Stone Deck Oven The Roto-Flex rotating stone deck pizza oven represents the very best in reliability, quality and value. With it's four 56inch stone decks it's output capacity is far greater than conventional stone deck pizza ovens and with doors on two sides it can help streamline any pizzeria operation. Also the exterior of the Roto-Flex remains relatively cool in comparison to those of conventional ovens which helps keep your kitchen and prep areas cooler than ever. This Roto-Flex oven was purchased new from the manufacturer at a cost of $38,000.00 and installed by them nine years ago. This is currently the oven of choice in my families chain of five pizzerias and is the centerpiece of our exposed kitchens. This is an excellent opportunity for any pizzeria owner/operator to upgrade to a high output oven at a fraction of the cost over new. Naturally for an item this size this oven is available for local pick up only in Portsmouth NH. The oven will need to be disassembled on site and packed by the buyer.
