This auction is for a Class 10 clean room(we can also configure to as low as 1e for an additional fee) with a size of 576 square feet and for an additional fee you can increase the size of the room up to 4,000 square feet). The room must be a multiple of 8x18' which is hte size of a single sealed Huntair Plenum including Temtrol AHUs and will need a clear space height of 12’ to erect the room at your facility but it is better with heights between 14' and 26'. Your building ceiling does not need to be level because the grid hangs on threaded rods from your existing ceiling. This clean room was built 2000and installed at a former semiconductor facility. This system cost in excess of $500/square foot when installed in so the 576 square foot room cost over $250,000. The room includes the following: Four Huntair Sealed Plenum Grid assemblies that are 18x8 by 2' deep. These are gel sealed plenums and they include built in high intensity lighting and fire suppression piping internal to the grid assemblies so that each grid only needs one connection to fire suppression water. Each grid assembly has slots for 18 2x4 Filter elements. (18x4=72) LF Panel Filters ULPA filters rated 600 CFM at 99.9995 at 0.12micron for the grids. These filters are all guaranteed to be in great reusable condition. When we removed them from the grid we packed them in custom made boxes to protect them from damage. When the room is configured for class 10 you will have a flow rate of 60lfm/square foot in the room. In large rooms or higher performing rooms raised flooring will be required and we have this material at an additional charge. One filter plus per filter slot in the grid and we will include 4 spares so for this size room we will ship a total of 76 filter elements. All have been inspected prior to packing. Four Temtrol Air Handler Systems that include heating and cooling coils. Each of these systems is 7KCFM so the room will have 28KCFM and 29KLFM. Since the grid is fully populated it will achieve class 10 at this flow rate. The temtrols also have heating and cooling coils. The max rating on the coil is 200F and 250 PSI. The AHU requires 460vac three phase 60 hz. Note we have other solutions if you need 50HZ power both in AHU and FFU configurations. As an option Tate 2'x2' 1500 LB/SF flooring with 3000 LB point load and floor jack screw and jack stands for either a 1' or 2' raised floor can be included for an additional $14/square foot. This is about the price of the jacks from other ebay sellers. We have three types of Tate flooring and some maxaccess flooring in stock. I can email images of flooring. This email only includes images of the tate flooring. As an option we can include walls for $100/linear foot at 10 or 12 or 14' height. The walls are all plascore. We only sell walls to customers that are purchasing grid systems because we are run short of walls. As an option we can include windows but we are running short on those. As an option you can upgrade to a Huntair 17K CFM AHU instead of the temptrol system that is included in this auction. The upgrade will cost 5K for this size room at this class of performance (this swaps the four Temptrols for two Huntairs pictured at the end of this listing. Please call to discuss. We only sell doors to companies that are buying grid systems. This room requires a clear span height of at least 13’ OR MORE up to 24' we can also work around some structural beams within the clean room space. We sell clean rooms every week but they are almost always customized for our customers. This auction is a reference for costs as the room grows the price goes down a little. We have installed clean rooms at universities, semiconductor, pharmaceutical manufactures, industrial, medical complexes. For a small additional fee we can install or assist on the installation of this system at your facility less required electrical and fire suppression connections which must be done you your local certified contractors. We document the rooms as we take them down and color code and number panels for assembly at your facility. We have sold 100's of clean rooms and have installed over 70 of them at our customer sites. We install rooms almost every week so if you want to see a room being assembled this can typically be arranged. You are also welcome to tour the warehouse where this clean room material was installed and is stored in Richmond VA. We can setup the room in many different sizes and shapes. The standard panel limits are either 2’ or 4’ increments. If you have a desired clean room configuration and have a dimensional drawing we can most likely supply a room to meet your specification but we may need to modify some panels if your room dimensions are not on a 2’ boundary. We have a huge quantity of clean room equipment and can supply class 1 clean rooms with ULPA filters and can supply up a to 20,000 square feet room. We can also wrap existing walls to build around your existing structure. We have installed numerous class 1 clean rooms built into typical office space with 10' ceilings. Customers are always asking for low cost class 100 solutions and this grid system combined with coatings on your floors and walls will get you to medical grade class 100 with no issues.
