These units were custom built utilizing very high quality components and stainless steel. These were hand-built by Len at CoffeeRoastersClub; however, he is no longer making the units, and I've upgraded to a 10lb Fluid Bed roaster. I've used this machine for the last 18 months and have roasted over 2,000 pounds of coffee with it. It's a very affordable unit to get into roasting. However, there is no way to control the temperature via a controller, so you use smell, sound, and sight. Very simple.
