Stop replacing anchors every time you change a fixture. When you unthread the screw, these anchors stay put. To install, push the toggle through a drilled hole and pull the anchor back toward you until the toggle rests flush against the wall. Then slide the cap up to the wall and snap off the straps. Next, position your fixture, insert a machine screw (not included), and tighten. Minimum screw length equals wall and fixture thicknesses plus 1/2". Anchor body is plastic. Class 2B thread fit. Ultimate pull-out and shear strengths are based on tests in concrete block. Ultimate shear strength is the force the side of an anchor can withstand before breaking. Warning! Allowable pull-out and shear strength are 25% of ultimate values or less, as required by building authorities.
