The CNTD CE Limit Switch CZ-8122 is a double circuit type limit switch with a highly rigid construction that consists of intensive plastic and aluminum cast. Its head and cover snugly fit in a box, making it small volume, water-proof, and oil-proof. The built-in basic switch with double spring mechanism provides a longer mechanical life, while the smooth operation with greater OT enhances its performance. The easy-to-wire circuit opening design and wide variety of actuators make it simple to use. The optional stainless steel idler wheel makes it even more versatile. Furthermore, it has a dielectric strength of 1000VAC, 50/60 Hz for 1 minute between terminals of the same polarity, 1500VAC, 50/60 Hz for 1 minute between current-carrying and noncurrent-carrying metal parts, and 1500VAC, 50/60 Hz for 1 minute between each terminal and ground. Its vibration ranges from 10-55Hz, 1.5mm double amplitude, and its mechanical durability can withstand 1,000m/Sec2 (about 100G'S) while malfunctioning at 300m/Sec2 (about 30G'S). For its operation speed, the CZ-8122 has a range from 0.5mm to 50cm/sec, and the mechanical operating frequency is 120 operations/minute, while the electrical operating frequency is 30 operations/minute.
