6.065-6.355 GHz brick oscillator by California Microwave.   "Brick" contains an adjustable high-Q cavity oscillator around 1550 MHz that is phase locked to a harmonic of your external frequency reference around 100 MHz (at about -10 dBm).   For the pics, I am using a 103.3333 MHz crystal,  the X15 harmonic is 1550 MHz.   The multiplier block is times 4, so the output is 6200 MHz.   Power output is 18.0 dBm at the female SMA.   Also tested to phase lock at at 6 GHz (VCO at 1500 MHz), and at 6.4 GHz (VCO at 1600 MHz).  Brick also has a MOD (modulation) input BNC jack. You can use two doublers to get 24 GHz.   Requires a well-regulated  -20 VDC supply at about 0.3A.   The spectrum analyzer (at 1 MHz/div),  cables, and attenuators are not included in auction.   This "brick" is in clean condition and phase locks easily and reliably.  For best stability, use a coaxial isolator on the output.    Ships to USA for $9.00 via USPS Priority mail in antistatic bag and boxed.  Ships to Europe for $25.00 via USPS First Class International mail.
