Walk-In Freezer/Cooler Combo 6' x 12' x 6'7"; indoor, top mounted compressors; WITH FLOOR and SHELVING in both units; Nor-Lake This is a nice compact walk-in unit that has a small footprint - 6 ft. by 12 ft.; yet provides considerable storage. It is an indoor model with an EVAPORATION TYPE of system for condensation – no drainage installation required and no cutting through the roof to mount the compressors. Only used for 6 years and is in good working condition. One minor defect to note: The temperature display on the outside of the cooler compartment does not display, – the cooler DOES function properly. There is a pre-cut sprinkler system hole on the ceiling panels of both the cooler and freezer compartment, in which the sprinkler head would be located inside each compartment toward the front by the door and near the inside light – these would need to be plugged if a sprinkler system is not to be installed. The unit has been disassembled, in storage and is ready for pick-up and transport. I can recommend a local (Baltimore) electrician and refrigeration tech for electrical hook-up and assembly/installation of the unit; both are reliable. SHELVING INCLUDED. The walk-in shelving package includes shelves, posts and hardware, and has 4 tiers. There are two packages: one for use in each the walk-in cooler and freezer. Each package includes (8) 18"x60" shelves, (4) 24"x24" shelves, (8) 74" posts and (16) s-hooks. They are the green epoxy shelves and posts. Picture depicts shelving layout for each side.
