6 GHz  PLL brick oscillator by California Microwave.   Contains a high-Q cavity oscillator (adjustable from 5.93 GHz to 6.42 GHz) that is phase locked to a harmonic of the internal reference crystal oscillator--non ovenized.   The 100.000 MHz HC-49 XTAL is included in auction.   Here, cavity oscillator runs at 1500 MHz ( X15 the crystal reference),  and the multiplier block is X4 giving output at 6000 MHz.  The output power is 12.2 dBm.   Requires a well-regulated  -20.0 VDC supply.   The spectrum analyzer (at 1 MHz/div), cables, and attenuators are not included in auction.   This "brick" is in very nice clean condition, and it phase locks just fine.  And it's super easy to drop in another crystal!   Ships to USA for $7.00 via USPS Priority mail in antistatic bag and boxed.   No shipping out of USA.
