Sellers Note: If you have small hands or just really prefer a smaller chef knife, this is your baby! This is another rare find that I am offering you.  First, it is a 6-Inch Chef/Cooks knife, which is not a very common size.  Second, this knife is the precursor to the Connoisseur line which is Dexter's  Top-of-the-Line brand. It's not being made anymore! The only distinction I can see between this line and the newer Connoisseur is that the Connoisseur is made from engineered rosewood (impregnated with resins and polymers) and the Precursor (this knife) is made from real wood (which I believe is Rosewood). Brand new and unused, but not in the original package.
