Crafted from 26 gauge aluminized steel, this pan offers added durability and superior heat transfer when compared to traditional aluminum pans. This four-loaf pan's folded construction and the band located over the rim helps maintain the pan's shape after repeated use.  The Chicago Metallic 44245 bread pan is capable of holding (4) loaves, each weighing 1 lb. Each pan also comes complete with AMERICOAT Plus, the leading silicone coating technology used on all Chicago Metallic glazed pans. Using breakthrough silicone resins to achieve unparalleled results, AMERICOAT Plus is specifically formulated for bakeware applications and is suitable for contact with food per FDA code 21CFR175.300.
