If the buyer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they may return the item for a full refund of their bid price. However, they must follow three simple requests. First, they must contact the seller within 3 days of receiving the purchase to let them know of the intent to return. Second, they must pack the item securely and return it via USPS Priority Insured mail with Delivery Confirmation. Finally, the buyer must email the seller the Delivery Confirmation number. Once the seller receives the item and verifies that it is the same item shipped to the buyer, a refund of the bid price will be issued via PayPal. However, shipping fees are not refundable. These wheels are brand new with no damage or flaws concealed. Each wheel is marked with A24 R14BN and can handle a maximum of 7640 RPM. The center hole of each wheel is measured at 9/16". The total weight of all six wheels is 4.5 pounds. Payment is available through PayPal and the buyer must pay for the shipping and insurance charges.
