6 Deathlayer Hatching Eggs (German Westfalische Totleger) ***PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE*** We are selling 6 Deathlayer Chicken Hatching Eggs. Our flock came from Greenfire Farms and we have successfully hatched their eggs in the past. Your eggs will come from our original flock that was sent to us from Greenfire Farms. Deathlayer chickens are a great bird to have for your homestead. They are unique in the sense that their production stays the same into old age. Usually, a hens egg productivity will decrease as they get older. This is not the case for the Deathlayer breed. This is the ONLY breed of chicken that we keep on our farm so you can be assured that you will get purebreed Deathlayer chicken eggs. We have found them to have a calm temperament. They are the perfect breed for free ranging as they are fairly self sufficient. Our Shipping Method: We are experienced in shipping hatching eggs and we always handle and package our eggs with care. Our box, unless requested otherwise by the customer, will have a label that states "Fragile" and "This Side Up". If you do not wish to have these labels, please let us know, via a message after your purchase. Please also let us know if you would like a heat pack sent with your eggs. By default, we do not include one, but we will if you request one. We will provide two heat packs. One on the top of the box and one on the bottom. Our heat packs last for 18 hours. Delivery: We always try to send our hatching eggs out as soon as possible as we wish to give our customers the freshest eggs available. Our eggs are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail is labelled as 2-5 days shipping time. We ALWAYS handle our eggs with care. We CANNOT, however, guarantee that the post office will do the same. We cannot control how USPS and postal workers handle the package after we have sent it out for delivery. We also cannot control how quickly USPS delivers mail. Please bear in mind that there have been delays in postal services due to extenuating factors ranging from an increase in volume of packages, postal worker layoffs, holiday season etc. Therefore, if your package is late, this is not through any fault of ours. We guarantee that we have done our very best to send the freshest eggs out to you as quickly as possible and that they are handled carefully by us. IMPORTANT NOTES: Our rooster to hen ratio is what it should be for good fertilization rates. That being said, we CANNOT guarantee that all of your eggs will be fertile. There is NO WAY for us to tell if your eggs are fertile before we send them to you. Please do not purchase our eggs if you cannot accept this information. We also cannot control any errors that happen during the incubation process. MANY factors can contribute to a lack of development of fertile eggs. We are not responsible for a lack of development of fertile eggs. Due to all of these factors, we do not accept returns. We DO however, try to send one or two extra eggs with your purchase (depending upon availability) to help try and ensure that you get your eggs in tact. We always try to work with our customers. If you encounter any problems, please contact us first before leaving any negative feedback.
