This carton sealing tape is branded ShurTape HP 200 and is made in the USA. The Shurtape TR20 release formula makes it easy to use and consistent to unwind. This tape is approved by UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The tape is designed for superior performance and has an aggressive, high-tack adhesive that creates an instant closure. It is made from cast 30 micron biaxially-oriented polypropylene and is clear in color. It meets standards such as ASTM D1974-98 (2003), CIDA-A-1684C, and FDA Indirect Contact CFR 21, B, 175.105 and 177.1520. It has a synthetic rubber/hot-melt adhesive and a performance temperature range of 20 to 150 degrees F. The tape is continuous and has a width of 48mm, length of 100m, and thickness of 1.9 mil. The package comes with 6 rolls that are each 2 inches by 110 yards long. This hot melt tape is super strong, pressure sensitive, and has great adhesion, making it perfect for automated industrial carton sealing applications. The tensile strength is 27 lb./in. and the adhesion strength is 44 oz./in.
