The item listed item as used, gold weight and size, nothing more. The buyer requested a return due to "scratches". EBay does not allow for "scratches" as a reason for return on used items. In an effort to be trustworthy I issued the return authorization through eBay. I received a "ring" made of plastic! Since it had the tracking that he returned "something" that I signed for a package, eBay sided with the buyer -feedback of 30 to my 600 positives- and I lost all of the money and the 14k gold ring. EBay told me that is a risk of doing business. For this reason alone, if you wish to return something, just return it and I will authorize the return and issue a refund AFTER I receive it.
