Third generation rooster and first generation hen Olive Eggers give you amazing rich, dark, olive eggs for your egg basket. The eggs we send you are large light olive- dark olive colored and any hens you get from the next generation should have an even darker, richer, olive color. Our set of Olive Eggers started with a Black Copper Maran Rooster & an Ameraucana Hen. This breed tends to be very friendly, great foragers and a perfect dual purpose chicken. They handle both hot & cold temperatures and continue to lay eggs throughout the winter. Excellent egg layer; large-extra large light-dark olive colored eggs.
