PayPal Sales Tax For shipments to Arkansas addresses, we are required by State law to collect 6.5% Sales Tax. Shipping We try to ship items within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) after your payment clears, minus holidays during the week. Orders placed over the weekend (before Sunday at 2:30PM EST) should ship on Monday. We ship to all 50 states, Military APO & FPO, and Puerto Rico. If shipping to another country, we do not pay import fees; the buyer is responsible for all fees. Shipping errors due to a bad address entered by the buyer will not be refunded for shipping charges if returned or lost or abandoned by the carrier.
