They are unused parts that have been stored, and are now available for your purchase. Most are in some sort of wholesale packaging, very few have retail packaging. Some are sealed, but don't count on it if not specifically mentioned in listing. Some didn't have any packaging when I got them and may show some wear form storage and handling. I usually try to show that in the pictures. Many are fairly young (less than 10 years old), but many are quiet old. If you are concerned about the shelf life of an item your are planning to purchase, maybe NOS isn't for you. Payment I accept payments through Paypal. Pay on pick up. Best Offer Many of my items have the option available. I try to accommodate your request, keep in mind though most items are well below suggested and market prices. Many item are available in larger quantities, if you are looking to purchase a large lot, I am more flexible. So: be reasonable. Don't lowball please. Also, I only counter during the week until Friday 5PM EST. On weekends I only accept reasonable offers or decline. Shipping I usually ship mondays, but always try the earliest possible.
