Shipping Details: We take great care in packaging your item, however, we cannot control how your package is handled once it leaves our hands. All items will be fully insured by the shipping company. A $50 fee will be applied to your total invoic for crating for all freight shipping. Please make sure to inspect your package thoroughly for any damages before you sign for the package. When a delivery arrives, you must inspect all packages immediately. Do not sign anything before you make the inspection. Carefully look at every box, especially if the contents are fragile. If there is a slight tear in the box or you suspect damages inside ask the driver to open it and inspect that box thoroughly. Make sure the contents are in perfect condition. If there is any damage small or large, record it on the driver's ticket before you sign for it and please call us or email us immidatly. Freight claim may only be filed by the shipper and final outcome of the freight claims will be the responsibility of the freight/shipping company.
