It has a real thick make of plexiglas type material.Thicknesss is about: 1/2 inch thick! The top opens to empty the contents and there is a smaller round hole in the center, for safe disposal of material. You have to use plastic bags to contain the material. There are no other NO PARTS or ACCESSORIES, JUST WHAT IS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES. Works well with no known issues. What you see is what you will get and nothing more! No cracks, no breaks and no issues. This unit came from a clinic laboratory that was closing down. Check out my other clinic laboratory equipment! It is being sold AS IS and as found.
