Up for sale is a 1972 Officine Vittoria Coffee roaster, a destoner, a loader and chaff collector. The sale also include a commercial grinder also Officine Vittoria (see pic), a seal machine (Italian manufactured) and a weight scale (Italian also). I got all these in Europe from a coffee roasting company that shut down 3 years ago. All the equipment was in good order working condition when they shut down the operation. I personally called and contacted STA Impianti (the Italian Company that merged with Officine Vittoria), sent them the pics and specs to them and they told me the roaster was to be considered in good conditions. This particular model has a perforated drum for even heat and the burner is not under the drum but the flame arrives directly iin front of the drum. This method allow a better and uniform roasting since the beans will never touch an extremely hot surface so no scorching while roasting. The beans are instead gently caressed by just hot air coming inside the drum. As today still considered the best method and roaster in the market. I am selling it AS IS since is now dismantled and in pallets (I just received the container from Europe few days ago), the roaster is all in cast iron, the drum move freely and silently, the motor looks very good and well kept they are all 380V 3 Ph and 3hp each.....a work horse. I believe it can be just clean, re assemble and run it but I cant guarantee that since I haven't try it. With the sale I will include 4 metal silos each.
