  This is the lot of 3 very useful things for any technician or hobbyist : 1.     60 Watt Adjustable Temperature Soldering Iron. This Soldering Iron replaces the bulky soldering station… It has a built-in temperature-control circuit which can be set to a temperature between 200 and 450 degrees C.  Fine-pointed professional Tip and a separate Grounding wire with alligator clip - make this iron ideal for the fine /sensitive electronics work. A built in indicator light comes on when the heating element is active and blinks when the temperature approaches the set value. High quality Ceramic type heater offers a faster heating up to a working temperature Iron-Plated soldering Tips are long lasting and provide solder adhesion only to the working part of the tip to keep it nice and tidy.  Stainless Steel construction.   Soldering tips are easily replaceable with just a simple screw.     This is a very versatile and convenient tool ..   2.  Soldering Flux/Paste   RMA-223 ,   10 cc Tube.  Get professional results every time ! Soldering Flux improves tin adhesion to metal surface and is recommended for tinning and soldering any electrical & electronic components, especially those stubborn surfaces that just won’t take up the solder of the usual soldering wick. Solder Flux makes the job so much easier and ensures professional finish every time. This solder flux is of a Non-Acidic type – which does not corrode the terminals over time (specific for microelectronics use )…   3.   Thermal Paste   Heat-Exchange, Heat-Sink Coupling Thermal Compound AC-330 Large 20g Tube-Syringe  This special White Silicon-Based Grease is used anywhere a reliable heat-exchange is required , eg: between computer processor and heat-sink, between power-transistors and heat-sinks, between temperature sensors and heating surfaces etc… etc… High Thermal Conductivity : >1.066W/m-k Electrically Non-Conductive –(up to 5000V AC.) Comes in a handy Syringe tube for convenient application.
