If you want priority you have to ask for it or pick it in your shipping choices I usually wash all my toy plush before shipping unless it is new with tags or washing would damage the item. I only sell plush or toys that I would give to my own grandkids... I offer 3 kinds of shipping so please check your invoice for the one you want. Everything is right up front all on the eBay page. I can only offer PayPal this is eBay's policy not mine. They adopted the PayPal only in January of 2009. We can't offer MO or checks to our customers anymore. eBay allows us to offer local pickup, and I offer that. I ship international shipping, and it has to be paid with PayPal. I use USPS ~ UPS ~ FEDEX ~ If there would be breakage please keep all packaging in order to file a claim. USPS is your responsibility and can be done online on the USPS site, if you need anything from me just contact me and I will provide what I can with FedEx and UPS I have to file the claim. So if you encounter any problems email me. If something breaks with USPS and it is insured which most priority mail now carries insurance up to $50.00 on most packages. I am not expected to refund you your money, you have to file the claim with USPS, and can do it right on their website. It is easier and much faster that way, then going to the post office, just give them as much information as possible. If you need help with this please email me and I will help if possible. I have to file a claim with FedEx and UPS. Don't throw anything away...keep everything How the different companies handle their boxes is not my fault. I have been packing for years and usually don't have any problems. A little about your protection (aka insurance), we have to include protection in our shipping and handling charges or not at all.
