All claims for damage or loss should be taken up with the transportation company. Please note damage immediately to the transportation company. We will assist you to the best of our ability for any freight claims that arise from the shipment. You must notify us of any damage, shortage, or wrong product shipped within 10 days of receiving the product. Ship Date: Most product is shipped within 3-5 business days from the time we place the order. Items needing 2 weeks or more are noted in the item.
