Note that the blades are very securely cemented on using epoxy/steel cement (can be used in water, but avoid using with high heat). Blades are angled about 20 degrees, and can be used pointing up, pointing down or pointing sideways. Handles are insulated wood or plastic for greater comfort and electrical insulation and thermal insulation.
