Please understand these eggs are being shipped through the postal service, I cannot guarantee your hatch rate due to variables in shipping, weather and incubation methods. You are buying eggs, not chicks. I regularly check fertility and I am hatching my flocks own eggs. I have also purchased shipped eggs as well- so I do know there can be differences in fertility, development, hatch rates and the risk associated with purchasing/hatching shipped eggs. If you do have a concern with shipping details or incubation questions please contact me. You may want to have your eggs held for pickup at the post office in very cold or very hot weather, especially if you will not be home to recieve your package when delivered to your doorstep. Please notify me with a phone number in this case to put on your package for your post office to call you. I will mark your box as "Hatching eggs" "Fragile" and "do not x ray" Any special instructions or if you prefer different wording please let me know ahead of time. Feedback is to be left upon receiving your eggs. There are no refunds or returns, sales are final.Box will be insured by usps. In case if damage, go to the usps website and file a claim. It usually takes 1-2 weeks to process and refund. You'll need pictures of your eBay invoice as well as pictures of damage. Click on 1)send mail, 2)file domestic claim, 3)file online.
