For Sanding and grinding Flex the sanding disc until you no longer hear any crackling noise for best results. This will prevent gouging of curves and corners. For best results use an electric drill or hand held grinder and hold at a 20 degree angle. When sharpening a lawn mower blade always disconnect the spark plug and remove the blade. These sanding discs(2 included) are coated with abrasives on both sides. When one side wears out, flip over and use the other side. Most IMPORTANT review the instructions 1 to 6 before using the discs. These Discs  measure 7" in diameter. Thanks for shopping on eBay for your needs.
