1970's Mobile home, 14x65 home, solid floors, no leaks move in ready Has central AC and heat with aux heat (stays proper temp all year round) was installed 4 years agoHas all new pex plumbing from main service with heat tape and no joints under the home (no leaks or freeze brakes possible). 2 years oldHas new silver coat on roof 7 year stuff, not 3 year and was done last year. Has new front and rear doors 36x80 and also has some new vinyl windows. Brand new shed in back just built this year 12x12 I have a new bathroom for it $1000 that has yet to be installed that comes with the home and I do have full bamboo flooring I’m selling but you can but it at the price I got it for at additional cost. We are moving out of state and this home has served us well. It has well water that is really great (no city chlorinated crap) and it's very VERY quiet here. those 2 things alone kept us here along with the cheap cost of lot rent.Lot rent is CHEAP. Title clean and clear in hand. Can move ASAP The house across the street just sold last year for $14,500 cash and was in much worse condition. Realistically this hose is probably worth $17,000 but I’m not willing to wait it out for top dollar. Cash in hand offers will be considered so don’t be afraid to ask but I’m not going low ball. Cash or check only (certified check or money order also can be considered). Price seems fair enough and is actually what I paid for the home with what was put into it so far. We are living in it right now but are moving soon as you buy it. Will be moving in ready in a week or 2 after sale after the 15th of September. you can ask any questions you like.
