Manufacturers Description: The VARIOMAG Teleshake is a microplate shaker. The device shakes from 100 to 2,000 rpm, with amplitude of 2 mm, will accommodate 96-well and 384-well microplates. The device is also equipped with an automatic startup routine, which avoids spillage of samples. Terms and Conditions Item is sold as is, where is with no warranty, implied or expressed. NO TESTING/VERIFICATION will be done to item. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. All sales are final. Item(s) in picture and description may differ from actual product. Some items may require additional service and or parts to reach OEM’s specifications. Payment via PayPal is due in 7 days. Items sold with a computer and/or software, installed and/or on a media; it is solely buyers’ responsibility to obtain and/or maintain a proper “user agreement” with the software provider. Most manufacturers do NOT allow sale of their software, or transfer of licenses and user agreements. Purchase DOES NOT include, any license or end-user rights from manufacturer; contents are for reference/testing purposes only; buyer acknowledges this condition of sale by buying. We assume no responsibility what so ever for the compatibility, issuance of the user agreement and/or license. We offer no guarantee for the software and/or any key diskettes required. All items we are selling are previously owned. Some items have been used with various chemicals. Even though, they are cleaned prior to sale, there might be residual chemicals left on the instruments. By purchasing an instrument from us, you acknowledge this fact and assume full responsibility; and indemnify us from any issues that might arise. Shipping and Handling ALL ITEMS ARE LOCAL PICK UP ONLY. Buyers unable to pick up items may arrange pick up of item located in Taunton, MA by a contracted carrier (i.e. Federal Express, UPS). See directions below. Buyer is responsible for all packaging costs prior to shipment. Any International shipment will incur a customs document processing fee of $25.00. No exceptions. All oversized items required to be palletized will incur a $75.00 per pallet charge. Carrier must contact logistics to schedule a pick up window at 508-884-5010. Preparing a shipment with carrier Customer must arrange for Call tag with the carrier of their choice Customer must also arrange a pickup with the carrier of their choice (if we requests it, we will be charged) Customer must email seller the shipment label and confirmation pickup number (So that shipping can ensure pickup takes place as scheduled and is notified of date & time of pickup) Fedex Ground must be used with Fedex Ground pickup and Fedex Express must be used with Express shipments (acct #’s are interchangeable ) Fedex Freight accounts cannot be used to ship Express or Ground shipments and vice versa Items not picked up within 10 business days will be considered abandoned and returned to inventory.
