The cost to use confirmation overseas will far exceed the price of the item purchased. If the package has not arrived by 12 weeks, we will issue you a refund or a replacement if the item is available. According to Ebay statistics, only 19% of sellers in the United States will ship overseas. And according to Ebay surveys, those who do not ship overseas site customer complaints from long delivery times as the reason. We have chosen to do business with our international friends.
