It eliminates dampness and resists mildew, flaking, or chalking while beautifying and sealing all pores and voids. Unlike ready-mixed paints that can only be applied to dry surfaces, it is made to be used on damp walls. Safe for coating drinking water holding tanks or cisterns, birdbaths, and fountains.
