HOWEVER, we often run into problems with low-resolution files. We cannot guarantee we can print all logos, designs or images you send. They need to be high-resolution, typically over 150kb in size. If sending a completed file, make sure it is designed at 200dpi at the sign size (e.g. 24" x 12"). Our free design DOES NOT include free logo design or file "cleanup." We also cannot guarantee that we can recreate a low-resolution design you've submitted. • "How do I tell you what I want on my sign?"
