8-Inch, Scalloped Bread Knife.  Sani-Safe, is the standard in sanitary performance in the food service industry. Sani-Safe features a textured, polypropylene, non-slip and comfortable handle design for demanding kitchen environments. The polypropylene grip reduces stresses that could cause fatigue and common wrist ailments like carpal tunnel syndrome. This knife is brand new, unused but not packaged.  The blade had a stubborn price sticker on it.  When I was removing it, it got ever so slightly scratched.  If you study the 5th photo closely, at the center of the blade, you can barely see the outline of where the sticker was and the tiny diagonal scratches.  You have to look really hard to see it.  But, because of that, I am giving it a pretty hefty discount.
