We cannot guarantee how are eggs will be treated while they are in transit through USPS, nor we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time after we ship the eggs. Please allow eggs to sit for 24 hours at room temperature. Then place in an incubator. Once you receive your eggs please leave a review at the time of the arrival. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Your eggs are made to order so please be patient. A small number will be on the eggs to identify the egg Laying date, all eggs will be unwashed and shipped after all have been collected. Important informationDue to delays in priority mail all orders should be shipped Express, due to Packages not arriving or being lost in transit. Also please know if you live in a colder season state to beware of your shipment, your order can not stay outside for along extend period of time. Please make sure your incubator is at a 99.5F temperature and humidity between 30- 50%, for the first 16 days, then the last 3 bump the humidity up to 65% for a good hatching rate im a small hobby farm and not a large hatchery. that being said, i send out only the freshest and eggs;inspecting each one before packing with love the ladies' hard work is worth the wait ;) Please be patient, sometimes they decide they dont want to cooperate lol(I will communicate if they will be a wait) im here after purchase from incubation, to hatch and beyond to assist with any questions The eggs sent are the same as I hatch. I do fertility checks frequently, voluntarily or involuntarily thanks to broody hens lol Understand that you may achieve lower hatch rates than eggs that you collect directly else from your own birds at your home/farm or those sourced local to you (not shipped) due to unavoidable hazards of the postal/shipping process. IN PURCHASING MY EGGS YOU AGREE: i have sourced my birds from the top breeders in the country. however, i cant guarantee they will all be of show quality. Shipped hatching eggs are a gamble. Fertile and viable are 2 different things. Eggs can be left unviable after excessive temp changes, rough handling, xrays etc There is NO guarantee, refund, return, or replacement on hatching eggs. I cannot control nature, your hatching knowledge/equipment, or rough postal handling. However...Your shipment IS INSURED (AS PART OF THE USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING SERVICE) for $50. If damaged in transit, you must take pictures inside and out of the shipment and file the claim DIRECTLY with the USPS (a simple online process). I will be happy to assist you, but YOU must file the claim.
