You are buying 8 x Professional 2.5 ins. Spherical/Ball Pyrotechnic Mortar Shell cases. These cases are specially made to be launched from a standard 2.5 ins. mortar tube. In fact the exact outside diameter of the sphere is 66mm this allows for the quick match fuse to run down the side and a paper wrapper to protect the shell when it is made. Each shell case comes in 5 parts that can be glued together when filled. These are the lift cup for the lifting powder, the bottom half of the sphere with spollette fuse hole and 1/4ins time fuse adaptor so you can use a spollette or 1/4ins chinese time fuse. The top half of the sphere with an easy fill cap that has a loop for the fuse and to attach a lowering string to place the shell in the mortar. Each order comes with formulas for making Red, Blue, Purple, Green, Willow, Gold, Glitter, Soft Silver, Bright Silver stars andRed, White and Green Strobe Stars.
