This auction is for (1 of two available) 2001 Kewanee Dual Fuel (Natural Gas or Diesel) 800 HP boilers with a burner that has a 10:1 Turn down ratio on the burner so it will run great in the range of 80 to 800 HP. In addition this system is NOX compliant and has guaranteed performance of NOX30 or better in its current installation it has been running NOX 17. These boilers are in VERY nice condition. Here are some specs: · 26,780 MBH, 800 HP · 3750 Square Feet heating area · 125 PSI · 33,457 MBH Max Rate · 32,000 Lbs Per Hour max valve rate. · 60HP Blower Horsepower · 7.5 HP compressor Horsepower · 460VAC at 125A and 110VAC at 10A · Model Number – K-800-G-02-F03 · Catalog Number – L3W-800-G02-L1B · Guaranteed Max NOX emission 30ppm · Dual Fuel Natural Gas or Diesel The performance and operation of this system is guaranteed and we are available to help install the system at your location for an added fee. The boilers are from a former Semiconductor plant that we are reconfiguring into a different use so these really nice boilers are available. They have NO issues. I have included a picture of the inside of the boiler and have inspected the tubes and they have only very surface rust that you can wipe away with your finger. These boilers are in very nice condition and have been well maintained as you would expect for a piece of machinery from a Semiconductor facility. This system is still under power but we cannot turn it on because most of the piping has been removed. We will uninstall and load at no additional charge. The winning bidder is responsible for shipping. If you want the exhaust tower we can also provide it for an additional 10K (it is a large stainless steel tower and 10K is close to scrap value for it). The boiler weighs 45,000 lbs and can be moved on a low boy for $5.50/mile from Richmond VA to your location. Thanks for considering these really nice boilers.
