These books have basic floor plans with options to send for complete detailed floor plans. These are no longer available and are being offered here purely for historical purposes and research. Each book is described in detail below: Book of Rambler and Ranch-Type Homes-Fourth Edition (Thomas Kern Lumber Co - Slatington PA) This 32-page book is well preserved and fully intact with all pages present and fully bound into the volume. Thirty-one home designs are offered along with sample financing rates and monthly payments. The book was distributed by Thomas Kern Lumber Company of Slatington Pennsylvanig New Brick Homes - This book offers 64 designs for brick homes from the 1950s. The 48-page bookler offers single view floor plans with options to send for more details. Except for the cover, all pictures are in black and white. Hilco Homes - Distributed by Donald M Balliet - Allentown PA. This 32-page booklet offers 21 ranch style designs, 2 Cape Cod designs, 11 Split Level designs, 3 Colonial and 2 contemporary. All pictures are artist renditions and most are in full color. Garlinghouse - America's Best Home Plans - This 64-page book offer 124 home designs, most with 2 floor plans. Most have a black and white picture of the concept house while a few offer full color photographs and drawings of the homes. Garlinghouse - Ranch and Suburban Homes - This book contains 126 designs for 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom homes. This book contains multiple floor plans for each style along with at least one full color photograph of each style home. Garlinghouse - Homes in Brick 2nd Edition - This booklet contains 114 floor plans over 64 black and white pages. Outdoor Living - Beauty and Enjoyment in Your Own Garden - This booklet distributed by the Pennsylvania Brick and Clay Products Association in Shillington, Pennsylvania documents options for outdoor living spaces. Fireplaces, Terrace, City Lots, Country Lots, Brick Walks, Trellis, Garden and Retaining walls are just a few of the ideas presented in this publication, Each book measures 8½" x 11" and is well-bound. All pages are presented with no writing, mars, tears, rips or defacing on any of the pages.
