PN3-900-0.1 is a miniature high voltage converter designed for portable dosimeter\radiometer devices with Geiger tube. Very tiny size and weight combined with very low (less than 30 microamperes!) quiescent current and very high efficiency even at light ( nanoampere! ) loads makes PN3-900-0.1 unique. Nice power supply unit for energy-efficient radiometer with LND7311 or similar Geiger tube.
