High Power Pulsed Laser Diode and Driver  Wavelength : 905nm (NIR- infrared) Peak Power : 30 Watt Avg. Power at 28-30kHz : <=30 mW TTL input frequency : 1 to 28-30kHz Beam Divergence (FWHM) : ~9/25 deg. Pulse width : ~30-40 ns Voltage input : 5 to 9 Volt DC You need a pulse generator to try it. Simple 555 timer IC circuit is suitable .(with ~%50 duty cycle) And need a collimator lens for narrow beam (I recommend AR coated). (There is no collimator lens on the LD.) APPLICATIONS : Long distance  Laser Range Finders Lidar , Laser Radar Cloud distance measuring Automotive applications (Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), pre-crash detection, collision avoidance, adaptive rear lighting)  Traffic surveillance (Laser speed gun, traffic recording, vehicle classification, distance measurement, fog detection)  Medical (LLLT  /  Transcranial Laser Therapy) esref hukum , engin hukum
