PRODUCT: VERSI-FOAM SYSTEM 10, HIGH DENSITY SPRAY POLYURETHANE FOAM (SPF) KIT. 120 BOARD FEET FOAM SYSTEM, 2.80 PCF HIGH-DENSITY R-7.7 FOAM. PRICE/KIT. SPECIFICATIONS: Versa-Foam is a very high quality high density foam. The systems come ready to use. No other equipment is necessary. The System comes with gun/hose, nozzles, petroleum jelly and a valve adjustment wrench. State of the art design assures positive performance of unit.Spray can be metered according to amount of foam required for a specific applicationExtra nozzles (included) permits re-use of unitHigh R factor provides excellent insulation valuePortability permits reaching hard-to-get to areasExpansion of foam makes it possible to fill all types of voids, cover irregular surfacesContains No CFCs VERSI-FOAM® System 10 is a high density system, with a free rise density of 2.8 pounds per cubic foot, 3 pounds per cubic foot in place. It is 98% closed cell resulting in an R-factor of 7.7 per inch, a low moisture absorption rate and excellent compressive strength. This foam formula is suitable for applications where a stronger, harder material is required, including cryogenics and polyurethane foam roofing repair. The VERSI-FOAM® System 10 is packaged in one carton, and includes: the two chemical components, the patented U-CONTROL dispensing gun (attached to hoses), 10 foot hoses, ten (10) mixing/spray nozzles, pair of nitrile gloves, wrench and instructions. It weighs 42 pounds. In theoretical coverage, the System 10 will yield 120 square feet at a 1" thickness, or 10 cubic feet.
