Made in Canada, 1993.  "Bone" color. Very good used condition with possibly some fading/soiling to cushion (I haven't attempted to clean it). Listing only includes what is pictured but I am selling other parts of this chair. Product description: Comfortable, contoured seat cushion.  Provides two foam layers for comfort and a rounded edge that helps reduce pressure on the femoral artery. Genuine A-dec brand part.
