The following are the summary specifications of the device: Frequency band of operation is 1 Mhz to 2.0 Ghz+. Gain is 19.5 dB., The supply voltage is 3.3V. Linear output power of 4.4 dBm.Noise figure of 4.2 dB. Reverse isolation at 1.9 Ghz is -38dB. Output 1 dB compression point at 1.9 Ghz is 3.7 dBm. Output return loss at 1.9 Ghz is 16.5 dB Output third order intercept at  f = 1.9 GHz, ?f = 1 MHz, PIN = –28 dBm is 16 dBm. Total supply current is 31 mA ( max).
