It appears to be quite old but functions as it should. It appears to be made of chromed steel construction. Very nice piece. Contents of this sale: One A.S. This item is mechanically sound. It opens and closed as it should. It is tight in function and the needle moves as it should. I did not notice any broken parts. There are a few very small areas where the chrome plating has come of. Please study pictures.
