A word about by-pass heat damage: All pressure washers with trigger gun control incorporate an unloading valve to re-direct the water flow when the trigger gun is shut. Like any hydraulics, tremendous temperature is generated quickly due to friction of the water while re-circulating. In just a matter of minutes they can be hot enough to start damaging the pump seals, valves and unloader valve. As long as the machines are not left running with the gun shut for more than 2-4 minutes then it is not a problem. If there will be numerous operators of pressure washers, then consider our VP wand with trigger-less gun option for a nominal up-charge. It's a simple solution to a very common (and potentially expensive) problem. Dealer installation or damage from improper installation of the machine or alteration by a dealer or promise of additional warranty from dealer.
