There are no surprises here. This is a nice centrifuge, ready to use and I guarantee it will not be DOA. Comes complete with the Abbott 3531Centrifuge and 24 place x 1.5ml fixed angle rotor. This is a very capable machine with a fixed speed of 13,000 rpm, adjustable timer (1-99min), electronic brake, quick run and safety lid lock. The rotor is easily removed for cleaning. Has large digital displays and very easy to operate. The appearance is very nice. I have fully tested all functions and features and everything is working exactly as it should. I confirmed the speed at 13000 rpm with my photoelectric tachometer. The electronic brake is working. Both displays are working and so are the indicator lights. The controls are working. I ran this centrifuge a bunch and it works just fine. The safety lid locks are working to prevent the lid from being opened while it is still spinning. The power cord is nice. The rotor is complete and looks new.
