TaqMan Assays are designed to increase the specificity of quantitative PCR.  The ABI TaqMan Micro Fluidic Card Sealer is used to isolates the wells of a TaqMan Array card after it is loaded with PCR reaction mix. The sealer uses a precision stylus assembly to seal the main fluid distribution channels of the TaqMan Array card.  Which is then brought to a low volume centrifuge for separation. The TaqMan Card Sealer work great with the ABI 7900HT,  ABI Viia 7 and all other instruments running TaqMan Assay.
