This is an DIY amplifier designed for the ACH-01-03 accelerometer. (The ACH-01-03 accelerometer is not included) The amplifier gives at its output (selected by a switch on the front panel) the acceleration, the velocity and the excursion of the accelerometer input signal.  It can used to measure: The acceleration, the velocity and the excursion of a woofer or sub-woofer cone at the low frequencies. The vibration behavior of a loudspeaker enclosure wall or panel. The vibration behavior of the parts of a turntable. The amplifier is housed in a black anodized Aluminum box, which has the following dimensions: Height=140mm, Width=102 mm and Depth=95 mm. For the operation of the amplifier an external 9 Vac adaptor is needed (not provided). On the front panel there is a PCB mounted connector which mates directly to the output connector of the ACH-01-03 accelerometer.  The amplifier is calibrated to the nominal sensitivity of the ACH accelerometer but will be calibrated to the sensitivity of the ACH accelerometer (if provided by the customer) without any additional cost.
