This is a box of ACCO Prong Compressors # 12994. The box is a little tattered, but the compressors are new and have never been used. They are 2 3/4 ” in length and are for use with the fastener bases (this listing DOES NOT include fastener bases). The price includes FREE SHIPPING via USPS First Class Mail. Please ask questions or ask for more pictures to be e-mailed to you before you bid. I only respond to emails sent through eBay. I do my best to accurately describe the items I list; however I am not an expert. I want you to be happy with the product when you receive it. Most of my items come from auctions so I cannot guarantee that they are from smoke-free or pet-free homes. My RETURN POLICY is that I consider all sales as final, just as you would if you were at an auction in person. If you are unhappy with your item and it is due to an error in my description or a problem directly related to the item that appears I might have overlooked something when I examined the item as I was listing it, I’m more than happy to discuss our options. You must notify me within 3 days of receipt of the item. If we agree that you may return the item, it must be shipped back to me within 14 days of the date USPS delivered it to you. Please note that I do not refund shipping charges. I pack very carefully, with bubble wrap, packing peanuts and other material, as appropriate, to make sure your item arrives safely. Please read my feedback and you will see that I’ve had many positive comments on my packing. Please make arrangements with me to insure (cost to be paid by you) your item if you are concerned that it might be damaged during transit. My policy on FEEDBACK is that once the buyer has received their item and I have received feedback from them and know that they are satisfied with our transaction, I’ll leave feedback for them.
