I'm not sure if anyone does manual accounting anymore but this posting tray was used by my wife during the 1980s and 90s to keep the accounts of our business. We have another of these which has been repurposed to file a collection of road maps. It would also work well for postcards or the like if you mount them on account cards (I'm including 2 packs). I think this was the Cadillac of posting trays although I can find no indication of who made it- it has a removable crank that pulls the ends together so the contents (a few cards or a full tray can be squeezed together so they don't get bent and fall out and the metal ends can be set at 4 different angles. The side bars also swing out to make the cards easier to take in and out. It comes with a full set of heavy weight alphabetical index cards and 2 packs of account cards. It is approx 16" long, 10.5" wide and about 13" high. It is heavy - almost 15 lbs - which will be reflected in the shipping. It is missing one of its rubber feet but otherwise it's in excellent used condition. Please contact us if you would like more pictures or information. The shipping quote in the listing should be fairly accurate but is based on an estimate from the post office and experience shows it could be off by a dollar or two either way.
